Individual & Small Group Coaching

We’ll work together to help you move beyond emotional and unconscious eating patterns (e.g., night-time eating, stress eating, environmental eating). A focus on re-learning to listen and respond to your body’s natural cues for hunger, fullness, satisfaction, and movement and strengthening those signals will be core to our time together.
